These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and maju88 ("maju88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the maju88 website located at maju88.win and all associated services, products, software, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

It is your responsibility to verify compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

To access the full functionality of the maju88 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account ("Account").

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if any details change.

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with any balances subject to forfeiture.
• One Account Per Device/Household: maju88 monitors for multiple accounts originating from the same device, IP address, or household. The existence of multiple accounts under these circumstances may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification: maju88 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that you provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, source of funds, or payment method. Acceptable documents include a valid MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.
• Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat. maju88 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, subject to fulfilment of any outstanding withdrawal obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you and treated as authorised transactions, whether or not you personally initiated them. maju88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

maju88 will never request your password through email, SMS, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from maju88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All deposits to and withdrawals from the maju88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). maju88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and any applicable limits published on the Platform:

maju88 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each Promotion's specific terms.
• One Promotion Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Abuse: maju88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any Promotion, or has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of Promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the period specified in the applicable Promotion terms will expire and be forfeited without compensation.

Void Bets: maju88 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including but not limited to bets accepted at incorrect odds, bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined, or bets affected by a technical malfunction of the Platform.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum win limits may apply to individual bets or sessions. Applicable limits are disclosed in the relevant game or category rules.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, maju88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. maju88 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, internet disruptions, or service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maju88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without maju88's written consent.
• Colluding with other players, whether at live casino tables or in any other game format, to gain an unfair advantage.

• Creating multiple accounts or re-registering after an Account has been closed or self-excluded.

maju88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. maju88 makes no warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

maju88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, maju88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide advance notice via on-site notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under maju88's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:
